もともと，この論文する前の発表ですが，
第12回臨床血圧脈波研究会(2012年)で発表を行いました．
学会賞もいただいたので，論文化すべく頑張っていました．

大学院時代に，BMIが大きいと，どうしてABIが低く出るのかが不思議でした．
業者の方に相談しても，パッとしない回答だったので，
この論文を書こうとしたのがきっかけでした．

1802人の日常診療に置いて，両手の血圧較差が
「体温の上昇」と「高血圧症」に関連する報告をいたしました.
同時に，英語表記によるKSG面積比率の信頼性についての評価をおこなった報告を行いました.

パラマテック社のPS-501を用いて，
2196人の一般日常診療における血圧較差を生じる因子について調査を行い，
さらに，サブ解析として，364例の生活習慣病患者の血圧較差における
動脈硬化性疾患の評価として用いられる頚動脈エコーとABI/baPWVの関連性について検討した報告を行いました.

「冷え症」の自覚をKorotkoff sound graph （KSG）面積比率に基づく客観的数値化する試み.
日本未病システム学会，19巻，1号，2-9，2013

348例の安定した生活習慣病外来の定期受診患者において，
パラマテック社のPS-501を用いて，「冷え症」の自覚を客観的数値であるKSG面積比率を測定し，
日本語表記によるKSG面積比率の信頼性について検討しました.
KSG面積比率≦40％の場合，「冷え症」を自覚する訴えは5.48倍のオッズ比が認められた報告を行いました.

「患者の求める医療連携」を推進・形成させる潜在的な因子の特定.
日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会，35巻，4号，291-298，2012.

病院から連携先医療機関（診療所・クリニック・医院）に紹介を行うも，なかなか進まない現状があった.
独自のアンケートを作成し，定期的に生活習慣病外来を受信している471例にアンケート調査を実施し，
医療連携が形成･促進される因子について構造方程式モデリングを用いて実証しました.
